Game Convention Partner:

GameStart Asia is the largest gaming event in Singapore and attracts visitors from around Southeast Asia.

GameStart 2018 will be held on 13 & 14 October 2018 and will once again be collaborating with Doujin Market.

GameStart will be launching a mascot redesign contest for Alyse at Doujin Market 2018. Themed ‘Fire and Ice’, artists are encouraged to draw inspiration from fantasy in their designs.

Born and bred in Hong Kong, the multifaceted Stanley wears different hats as an illustrator, designer, concept artist, creative director and co-founder of Imaginary Friends Studios — a world acclaimed digital art studio that produces high quality artworks for the likes of Capcom, DC Comics, Marvel Comics and other giants in the entertainment and gaming industry.

This Doujin Market 2018, he will be presenting a 2-hour session on ‘Building Your Fanbase and Finding Your Style’ and holding portfolio reviews during the event.

Limited edition prints of his depiction of the Doujin Market mascot Doujima Haru will also be available for purchase at the organiser booth while stocks last.

Founded in 2014, InkInk Collectibles is an independent creative collective/art gallery based in Singapore. InkInk Collectibles aims to bridge the gap between international comic book artists and their fans by bringing these artists and their works to Asia.

This year InkInk Collectibles will be collaborating with our artist to bring you InkInk Collectibles’ first mascot, designed and created by Muju Monster, Inka.

Lunaniere, a new division of Afterthought Studios, focuses on developing narrative-rich visual novel games for the female market. One of the first otome developers in Southeast Asia, their work has been featured internationally.They are promoting their new title, ‘Wishes in Pen: Chrysanthemums in August’, with art previews at their booth.

They will be presenting two seminars on funding visual novels on Kickstarter, as well as how to get published on Steam. Portfolio review sessions will also be conducted on both days.
